A set of ball bearings with special SKF TN9 polymer cage crankshaft bearing in C4 quality and all gearbox bearings in CN quality including all necessary FKM shaft seals. A complete set of bearings for engine overhaul suitable for Simson moped S51, S53, S70, S83, KR51/2, SR50, SR80 with M500, M700 engine.

Ball bearings with polymer cage are used in racing for high-speed 2-stroke engines. SKF specifies here the speed resistance up to 20,000rpm! The advantage: elastic polymer cage with less friction!

Important! Note the installation direction of the crankshaft bearings: the half-open cage must be installed in the direction of the crankshaft cheeks!

Bearing clearance crankshaft: C4

Bearing air gearbox: CN

Ring material: rolling bearing steel

Rolling element material: rolling bearing steel

Cage material crankshaft bearing: TN9 polymer cage

Gearbox bearing cage material: sheet steel

Difference between FPM, FKM, VitonÂ®:
Behind the abbreviations or names mentioned is the identical basic material fluororubber. FKM is the short form for fluoroelastomers according to the American standard ASTM. Whereas VitonÂ® is a trademark of the company DuPont Performance Elastomers.
